Residential Youth Service

Our approach
iCare uses evidence-based, trauma-informed methods to support children and families in understanding how trauma impacts their lives. Our approach includes the Therapeutic Crisis Intervention (TCI) model, equipping staff to help children manage stress constructively.
This approach helps children learn adaptive emotional coping strategies through observing effective crisis management.
Our dedicated staff undergo continuous training and receive ongoing support to effectively implement these models in caregiving, teaching, and guiding children.
